The Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme (SRES) is an Australian Government initiative that facilitates the installation of renewable energy technologies through tradable certificates known as Small Scale Technology Certificates (STCs). Eligible rooftop solar installations for homes and businesses can earn STCs, effectively providing a subsidy.
